The term "Global Warming" refers to the warming, rise of temperature in recent decades and its projected continuation, and of course it implies human influences.
Now, that we now what is Global Warming, we can see its causes; some of them are:
- Carbon dioxide: There are many ways, where carbon dioxide gets involved on Global Warming; some of them are the gases that the industries get out, the car’s and airplane’s smoke and the carbon dioxide release by buildings. In the industries the carbon dioxide appears because the fossil fuels that is burn. The carbon dioxide emitted from cars and airplanes are from the burning gasoline this appears because people burn fossil fuels in the industries. About the buildings, their structure makes carbon dioxide emissions. Carbon dioxide is the principle greenhouse gas.
- Methane: It is the second most important greenhouse gas. It comes from rice paddies, bovine flatulence, bacteria in bogs and fossil fuels. Also, when some organic matter is decomposed, it releases methane.
- Nitrous oxide: It is another greenhouse gas; sometimes it is used as anesthetic. It is naturally produced by oceans and rain forests. Other sources where it is found is in fertilizers.
This are some causes, but there are more like: water vapor in the atmosphere, deforestation, city gridlock and the carbon in the atmosphere and oceans.
Some consecuences of Global Warming are:
- Weather-
Hurricanes: The Number of category of the storms have increased and also the ocean temperature. There are more storms and hurricanes.
Wildfire: The water evaporation is coming stronger and a consequence of it is the wildfire.
Rainstorms: The warmer temperatures increase the energy of the climatic system and this brings more rainstorms in some areas. The annual precipitation has increased between 5 and 10 percent since the 20th century.

Wealth-
Heat Waves: this brings more heat-related deaths.
Air: The global warming increased the smog pollution and this brings asthma and allergies.
Infectious: The rising temperatures have contributed to spread more infections like malaria, dengue fever, tick-borne encephalitis, and diarrheal illnesses. The disease carrieng are the mosquitoes.
- Wildlife-
Increasing global temperature has made some animals to become in extinction, and harder to the animals that cannot adapt. In 2050, the extinction risk is that more than 1 million species could die.

Some ways to prevent the Global Warming are to teach the children about the environment, pollution and conservation issues. Another thing we can do to prevent it, could be to plant trees. The trees take in the carbon dioxide and release oxigen.
